Three more new dishes reported to be a sucess!

This week all of the Organic Fresh Fingers' kids tried 3 new dishes and so far the feedback is.....YUMMY!
Creole Red Beans and Rice
Yakisoba Noodle Stir Fry
Pasta Bake with fresh Mozzarella

We have 9 brand new items on the winter rotation and we are 4 for 4 in the taste testing...nice work Chef Kurt!

Thank you for all your feedback - and congratulations on eating fresh, nutritious, local, natural and organic food from Organic Fresh Fingers!

Chef Kurt says.....and there's more to come! I am currently working on our new Spring menu. I will leave some of the favorites on the new menu, and add some great new tasty lunches.

I'll also consider any requests our customers may have. Give Sean your written requests and I'll see what I can do.

Have a great day, and don't forget to eat ALL of your vegetables!

Chef Kurt

The Lowdown:

If you're still not buying the whole "organic-is-better" argument, this study might convince you otherwise. As Davis points out, more than three billion people around the world suffer from malnourishment and yet, ironically, efforts to increase food production have actually produced food that is less nourishing. Fruits seem to be less affected by genetic and environmental dilution, but one can't help but wonder how nutritionally bankrupt veggies can be avoided. Supplementing them is problematic, too: don't look to vitamin pills, as recent research indicates that those aren't very helpful either.
